Youth Information
At Scyllias, fun, social connection, safety, and skill-building in diving are at the heart of everything we do. Our members have a passion for underwater life and love to share it with family and friends. We offer training starting from age 10, and have both a youth and adult division.
For children aged 10 and up who are fascinated by the underwater world and have swimming diplomas A, B, and C, Scyllias offers a youth program that prepares them for future dive training. Upon registration, our instructors will assess the appropriate entry level.

At what age can you join Scyllias?
From 10 years old, provided you have swimming diplomas A, B, and C.
What equipment is needed for the snorkel training?
A diving mask, snorkel, fins, and a weight belt (5% of your body weight). This costs around €50, and we’re happy to advise you.
Where and when are the training sessions?
Every Thursday from 19:00 to 19:45 at “Ezzy’s” swimming pool in Uden.
How are the events organized?
Throughout the year, Scyllias organizes various events like a New Year’s dive, survival weekend, and youth camp. Some events may have a small additional cost. Participation is not required, but always fun and sociable!
What if I already have snorkel experience?
Our instructors will assess your skills and place you at the right entry level.
