Every Thursday evening from 21:15 to 22:15, Scyllias offers training for adult members at the “Ezzy’s” pool. Training is led by a certified diving instructor and focuses on both physical conditioning and practical diving skills. Even members who do not actively dive are welcome to join the swim sessions in the middle group.
Most lessons require a basic kit consisting of a diving mask, snorkel, fins, and weight belt. For compressed air training, a valid certification, buoyancy control device, dive tank, regulators, and depth gauge are required. For full certification courses, you’ll need your own complete gear. Our instructors are happy to help you choose the right equipment.
